Each tool page explains what the tool does, who it suits, how to use it step by step, where it falls short, and the questions people ask about it. The aim is a page you can act on, with the claims kept to what the tool really does.

Technical claims, such as how a file format behaves, which formula a calculation uses, or which browsers support a feature, come from official specifications and primary documentation. If a tool depends on a particular method or library, the page names it.
